If you wish to move forward with purchasing the unit, return to the home with a licensed contractor who will complete the scope of work needed to bring the building up to current City Code. Submit all of this with your application of the program you wish to move forward with.

Decisions on the sale of properties are made monthly by the Disposition Committee and submitted to the Full Board at the regular WNCLB Board Meetings.
